Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers • Assist in store operations, such as merchandising, stocking, and sales • Keep store organized and clean • Work with management to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints • Manage inventory, including tracking and ordering of products • Maintain a positive and professional attitude • Assist in training new employees • Assist in store promotional events • Use Microsoft Office Suite to complete assigned tasks • Follow all store policies and procedures
