Continuous Improvement Trainee

Berluti is seeking an innovative and motivated Continuous Improvement Trainee to join our team in Paris, France. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in process improvement, project management, and/or Lean/Six Sigma. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
2. Assist with the design and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process improvement strategies.
5. Monitor performance and recommend changes or adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Create documentation for current processes and procedures.
7. Research best practices and industry standards for process improvement.
8. Develop and deliver training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed for successful process improvement.
9. Work with stakeholders to ensure process improvements are adopted and sustained.
10. Track and report on the progress and results of process improvement initiatives.
