Food and Beverage Manager

Benihana is looking for a passionate and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, from the kitchen to the bar. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills who can provide effective leadership and direction to our hardworking team.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting, as well as a proven track record of successful management. You should also possess a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, alcohol safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
