Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Manager at Benihana, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about the restaurant industry, and has a proven track record in providing exceptional service.You must have a minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume setting, and be knowledgeable of wine, spirits and food trends. You should also have a strong understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety regulations.We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is highly organized and able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. An enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team to success is essential.
