At Benihana, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and our Executive Chef will play a key role in that mission. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and understanding of Japanese cuisine, with at least 8 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and training, a drive for quality and consistency, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our Executive Chef will be a leader and mentor, inspiring and motivating their team to succeed.
