They should have a culinary degree or equivalent, with a proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. The Executive Chef should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think quickly and troubleshoot any potential issues. The Executive Chef should possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work within a budget. They should also have a passion for the culinary field and a commitment to excellence in guest service.
