Job Description

Prepare and cascade communications plans for key functional areas supporting internal communications programs, campaigns and video messages. Responsible for formatting and distribution of employee communication across entire organization on a timely basis via email or posted on intranet. Collaborate with team leaders throughout the organization to develop and coordinate a content management strategy for internal communications across all communications channels ensuring consistency of message and alignment to overall company strategy. Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal communication is needed and develop a plan to meet those needs. Help build and execute an internal communications calendar, supporting the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Support crisis communications issues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years professional experience

  • Ability to multitask on projects requiring differing skill sets while maintaining high standards of work on a tight schedule

  • Experience with Corprorate Intranet strongly preferred.

  • Self-starter, proactive and willing to do what is required to deliver superior product and service
