Benefit License Specialist

This role proactively manages client licensing in accordance to carrier and state policies, manages system entries and document requests and is a team member of the revenue department at BenefitMall. Handles logging all licenses in/out of internal systems including Salesforce. Maintains all licensing information (address, expiration date, COI, ENO, cyber insurance liability insurance, etc.). Prepares monthly compliance reports for applicable commission payments. Notifies commissions department of updates and changes. Sends out any necessary appointments to Agent/Agency and follows up through completion. Follows up with carrier to obtain carrier on appointment request and to ensure affiliation. Distribution of monthly expired broker license and E&O letters.
