  1. Manage the President's schedule and calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences on behalf of the President.
  3. Facilitate communication between the President and other stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
  4. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other materials for the President, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  5. Manage and maintain confidential files and records for the President.
  6. Conduct research and provide background information on various topics and issues for the President.
  7. Act as a liaison between the President's office and other departments within the institution.
  8. Handle incoming calls and emails for the President, responding to or redirecting inquiries as needed.
  9. Prepare and submit expense reports and handle other financial tasks for the President.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure efficient and effective operations of the President's office.
  11. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the President to ensure their time is used efficiently and effectively.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional image of the President's office and Benedict College at all times.
  13. Stay updated on current events and trends in higher education to assist the President in making informed decisions.
  14. Other duties as assigned by the President.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Assistant Or Administrative Role, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Similar Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Programs Such As Microsoft Office, Google Suite, And Database Management Systems.
