1. Lead and direct the marching band program at Benedict College, overseeing all aspects of the program including rehearsals, performances, and recruitment.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that aligns with the college's mission and goals.

4. Provide musical instruction and guidance to students, helping them develop their technical skills and musicality.
