Workforce Management Analyst
Complete development of the bottom up buildout of store payroll budgets in Microsoft Excel, rooted in labor hours, earned wages, and paid time off Develop monthly support hour projections based on workload inputs from business partners. Provide refreshed staffing budgets weekly for all doors to ensure timely and accurate schedule generation in Reflexis. Incorporate trends in payroll modeling to spread labor to support pre-sell revenue, ensuring that staffing needs meet customer traffic leading up to, and during large events Analyze and report on results of test & learn/pilot projects that impact store labor. Evaluate and simplify all payroll budgeting and forecasting processes Submit and load store payroll budgets by account and store. Responsible for coaching field and store leadership teams on the best practices to achieve labor hours compliance. Visit stores, as needed, to provide training and coaching to store/regional teams.
5+ years of Excel budgeting experience
