  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive shopping experience for all.
  2. Lead by example and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
  6. Train and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and maximum customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative duties as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and provide excellent customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Retail Environment. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
