- Ensure the overall appearance and layout of the store is visually appealing and aligned with the brand image.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and maintain a visually exciting and inviting shopping environment for customers.
- Utilize consumer behavior knowledge to strategically place products and create enticing displays.
- Train and develop a team of merchandising associates to maintain high standards of visual presentation and customer engagement.
- Regularly analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure products are appropriately stocked and displayed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate promotions, events, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain visual standards throughout the store, including window displays and in-store signage.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to visual presentation and merchandising.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all merchandising efforts.
- Assist the Store Manager with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
