1. Plan and execute a variety of events and experiences to promote the BEHR Paint brand, including but not limited to product launches, trade shows, consumer events, and internal company events.
2. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are executed within budget constraints.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event concepts and strategies that align with the overall brand and marketing objectives.
4. Source and negotiate contracts with event vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, and other suppliers.
5. Coordinate event logistics, including but not limited to venue setup, equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodation for attendees.
6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event details are understood and executed effectively.
7. Manage event registration and attendee lists, including tracking RSVPs and managing event guest lists.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all event messaging and branding aligns with the overall brand image and marketing campaigns.
9. Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring everything is executed according to plan.
10. Monitor and track event metrics and provide post-event analysis and reporting to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and execution to ensure BEHR Paint events are innovative and cutting-edge.
12. Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees.
13. Mentor and train junior event planning team members to ensure consistency and excellence in event execution.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance guidelines, when planning and executing events.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to streamline event planning and execution and increase efficiency.
