Project Engineer

Analyze and propose solutions for manufacturing equipment and process issues to improve capacity, quality and productivity at all US production facilities. Analyze the effectiveness of methodologies at multiple production facilities and recommend best practices. Project management of engineering team members, contractors and maintenance support personnel with the ability to track major projects (timeline and cost) and communicate status to management. Participate in continuous improvement activities in the plants. Document and update as-built drawings for multiple facilities – equipment layouts, single-line diagrams, material flows. Assist in preparation of capital budgets and capital appropriations requests for all manufacturing and engineering departments, selecting and purchasing major manufacturing equipment for all facilities.
