Job Description

BEHR Paint is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team and lead our architectural design sales division. As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in architectural design and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in the architectural design industry.
  2. Lead and manage the architectural design sales division, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the architectural design industry.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.
  5. Create and execute sales plans and forecasts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitors.

  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Train and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for BEHR Paint, representing the company and its values to clients and industry professionals.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
  12. Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
