Manager, Merchandising Communications
Creating and supporting internal and external communications, including town halls, newsletters and vendor communications. Creating and managing internship, rotational, mentor and other talent development programs. Partnering with key functions, including merchandising leadership, human resources, corporate communications and investor relations. Acting as an ambassador for the merchandising organization. Managing and executing additional responsibilities as needed.
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience, preferably within an omnichannel retail setting
Ability to support leadership in change management initiatives
Ability to influence and persuade others with diplomacy and tact
Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion
