
Category Development Manager
You will lead a variety of qualitative and quantitative insights projects in partnership with outside research agencies and internal partners, including: scoping and recommending optimal research. Evaluate the impact of advertising efforts on key brand performance indicators. Identify brand strengths and weaknesses to guide branding efforts and prioritization. Consult with internal clients to assist in defining research needs/goals and developing appropriate methodology. Implement qualitative and quantitative primary research using proven methodologies and techniques. Identify reputable external vendors to partner with where appropriate and coordinate research projects.
In-depth knowledge of research methods, proven ability to lead marketing research projects and consult on complex business issues
Minimum 5+ years total experience as a consumer research professional
Ability to translate market dynamics to insight
Experience executing hands-on, primary research
