  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and create effective recruitment and retention plans.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of talent attraction and retention.
  4. Design and implement talent development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria to ensure the best candidates are selected for open positions.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs to support employee development and career growth.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential talent gaps and challenges, and develop solutions to address them.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment and talent development initiatives.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR partners and business leaders on talent management best practices.
  11. Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management and ensure compliance within the organization.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize talent management processes and procedures.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to talent management.
  14. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Strategies, Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Learning And Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Creating And Implementing Talent Management Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Success.
