  1. Develop and execute large-scale hydropower projects in accordance with company and industry standards.
  2. Utilize expertise in project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  4. Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  5. Lead a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  8. Implement innovative and sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of hydropower projects.
  9. Foster positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote the social and economic benefits of renewable energy.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hydropower technology to continuously improve project outcomes.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field: A Hydropower Project Manager At Bechtel Group Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field. This Qualification Ensures A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Knowledge Of The Specific Industry.

  • Previous Experience In Hydropower Project Management: Bechtel Group Requires Candidates For This Position To Have Prior Experience In Managing Hydropower Projects. This Could Include Overseeing Construction, Procurement, And Coordination With Stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Project Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Ensure Project Success.
