Job Description

The Global Strategy and Campaign Analyst is responsible for solving highly analytical problems, conducting interviews, evaluating data and synthesizing ideas. You will report to the Head of Global Strategy & Campaigns and work with a small team on projects commissioned by DV’s Executive Committee, giving you exposure to business-critical requests from our senior leadership.Structure complex, high-priority business questions and presentations for BCGDV’s Executive Committee, with compelling, data-driven recommendations. Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within leadership audiences. Support our leadership in priority setting and driving global alignment. Assess options for new market expansion. Monitor the performance of our organization across various OKRs.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (e.g. management consulting, technology company, or early stage/high growth start-up)

  • Familiarity with Tableau and collaboration tools like Confluence

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
