Job Description

At Bayer, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Workflow Planner. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail, who is able to work independently and collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement and be able to think strategically and creatively to find solutions to workflow and operational challenges.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; at least three years of experience in a similar role; and excellent organizational and communication skills.
