- Conduct in-depth user experience research to understand the needs and preferences of our customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and insights gathered from research to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered solutions for our products and services.
- Utilize various research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the operations and processes within the healthcare, agriculture, and life sciences industries.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and product teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user experience research and operations to continuously improve our processes and methodologies.
- Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are represented in all product and service decisions.
- Identify and prioritize research opportunities to drive innovation and improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with other user experience researchers to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within given timelines and budgets.
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all research and analysis.
- Represent Bayer in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, as a leader in the healthcare, agriculture, and life sciences industries.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In User Research And Operations, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Proficiency In Both Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, Including Survey Design, Usability Testing, And Data Analysis.
Experience With Project Management, Including Coordinating And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
