Bayer is looking for an experienced Trademark Docketing Specialist/Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized and proficient in the latest docketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communications skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for trademark law, we want to hear from you!The Trademark Docketing Specialist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the docketing and filing systems of Bayer's trademark portfolio. This position requires a high level of organization and accuracy, as well as an aptitude for problem solving. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys working in a team environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.• At least three years of experience in trademark docketing and filing, preferably in a corporate setting.• Proficiency in docketing and filing software, such as Patrix, Annuity, IPDAS, etc.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.• Strong attention to detail and organization.• Knowledge of trademark law and best practices.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
