As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving change initiatives, optimizing processes and ensuring that changes are managed in an effective and efficient manner.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics, and at least five years' experience in managing supply chain changes. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.The successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter who is passionate about driving change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our Supply Chain Change Manager will be expected to be a creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for continuous improvement.
