As an integral part of Bayer’s research and development team, this role offers the opportunity to apply statistical techniques to solve complex problems, while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for statistics and problem solving.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, as well as strong knowledge of statistical techniques, software, and concepts. A strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a commitment to learning and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
