Job Description

At Bayer, we are looking for a specialized and experienced Sr. EEO Compliance Consultant to join our team. The Sr. EEO Compliance Consultant will be a key contributor to our commitment to providing equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding of EEO compliance and employment law, along with an understanding of the Bayer culture of innovation and respect for all. The Sr. EEO Compliance Consultant will assess, review, and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance with EEO regulations and laws.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a large, complex organization. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, be highly organized, and be attentive to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about EEO compliance and is enthusiastic about working with us to ensure a safe and equitable workplace.
