Job Description

At Bayer, we are currently in search of a motivated and results-driven Software Developer Co-op to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and an eagerness to learn and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for developing software applications, performing software tests and troubleshooting, and developing system and user documentation.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in software development. You should have strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python and be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
