  1. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the safety and compliance of our healthcare and agriculture products.
  2. Develop toxicology testing protocols and design experiments to assess product safety.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from various toxicology studies and provide recommendations for product safety.
  4. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of regulatory documents.
  6. Communicate and present scientific findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proactively identify potential safety concerns and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Mentor and train junior toxicologists and provide guidance on toxicology-related issues.
  9. Participate in regulatory meetings and represent Bayer as a subject matter expert on toxicology.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline toxicology processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Conduct literature reviews and keep abreast of new developments in the field of toxicology.
  12. Provide toxicology expertise and support to product development teams.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as a point of contact for toxicology-related inquiries.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of product safety policies and procedures.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Toxicology: A Senior Regulatory Toxicologist At Bayer Should Possess A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In Toxicology, Pharmacology, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Regulatory Affairs: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Toxicology, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines Related To Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, Or Agricultural Products.

  • Expertise In Risk Assessment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Their Application In Toxicological Evaluations Of New Products. Experience In Developing Toxicological Risk Assessments For Various Regulatory Agencies Is Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Regulatory Toxicologist Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems Related To Product Safety And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Effective Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Regulatory Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Toxicological Data And Risk Assessments To Internal And External Stakeholders. Additionally, The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Toxicologists Is Highly Desirable.
