Lead the research and development (R&D) efforts for VMS products at Bayer, working closely with a team of scientists and researchers.
Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and enhance the quality of VMS products.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer needs in the VMS industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory, to ensure the successful development and launch of new VMS products.
Manage the entire product development process from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and contract manufacturers, to support the development of VMS products.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Nutrition Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For A R&D Vms Development Lead At Bayer Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Nutrition, Food Science, Or A Related Field.
