We are looking for an eager and detail-oriented Production Research Intern to join our team at Bayer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from and support our team of industry experts.The ideal candidate has a passion for research and a strong interest in the production process. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, apply problem-solving skills, and work collaboratively with different departments.The Production Research Intern will be responsible for conducting research on the production process, identifying trends, and suggesting solutions to improve efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of production operations, a good understanding of data analysis, and excellent communication skills.In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the successful candidate should have a can-do attitude, be eager to learn and take initiative, and have an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
