Develop and design new products that align with Bayer's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Product Design Or A Related Field Such As Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Or Material Science.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Design And Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Methods, With A Focus On How They Relate To Product Design And Development.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Solidworks, And Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
