Job Description

Work with Research and Development to determine which market innovations can be implemented in Myerstown. Participate in long range business analyses and planning as needed. Effectively communicate, explain, and recommend to colleagues and management the results of designs, studies, and/or projects; Troubleshoot production problems, identify the problem and recommend solutions. Carry-out scale-up of new products. Act as the interface between Product Development, Production and Quality Assurance. Develop Validation/Qualification protocols. Conduct Validation and issue Validation reports. Develop new and improved manufacturing processes for current products (to improve product quality, output and generate cost savings);

Job Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to explain and recommend to all levels of personnel the results of projects
Experience of digital systems e.g., SAP, SCADA, MES, etc
An excellent understanding of the unit operations associated with the manufacture of solid and liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms
