Job Description

Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Control's (PLC’s), Robotics, and Panel View Human Machine Interface's (HMI’s). Collaborate with external automation component suppliers and machine builders to develop integrated manufacturing line solutions. Lead integration of control systems for custom automation equipment. Configure equipment for automated work flows and communications with site downtime reporting and Manufacturing Execution System's (MES). Implement advanced automated solutions including Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve medical device manufacturing processes. Develop detailed equipment requirements and electric drawings. Conduct proof of principles and develop prototypes to prove feasibility of new technologies. Lead / manage contract resources.

Job Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience programming PLC’s, Robotics and Panel View HMI’s
At least five years of experience integrating and validating custom automation equipment for manufacturing medical devices
Knowledge of system engineering controls and effectively implemented for complex designs
