Develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures for Bayer's digital landscape.
Lead the design and implementation of security solutions using artificial intelligence technology.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in Bayer's systems and networks.
Supervise and mentor a team of cyber security professionals to ensure the protection of critical assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into new and existing systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology to continuously improve Bayer's security capabilities.
Monitor and analyze cyber threats and develop proactive measures to prevent potential attacks.

Advanced Knowledge Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning: This Position Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Ai And Ml Technologies, As Well As Their Application In Cybersecurity. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Science And Analytics, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai-Based Security Solutions.
Extensive Cybersecurity Experience: To Be Successful In This Role, Candidates Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Frameworks, And Best Practices.
