Job Description

At Bayer, we are looking for an experienced ERP Product Manager Grower Management to join our team and help drive our business forward. We are seeking someone with a passion for process and technology optimization and the ability to manage the development and implementation of our ERP systems.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, especially those related to crop production and management. They must be customer-focused and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and customers. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of ownership and experience in delivering results.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and at least five years of experience working in ERP product management. Experience with crop production and management systems is preferred. They must also have a strong knowledge of ERP systems, including analysis, design, and testing.
