
Brand Manager, Shopper Marketing
Work with sales strategy and customer marketing managers to ensure strategic coordination. Develop relationships with retailer’s marketing team and Bayer category management team to keep a pulse on shopper and retailer marketing trends. Share learnings with broader organization regularly. Lead development of clear National Shopper marketing vision, strategy and tactical plan for each brand consistent with overall business objectives and strategies which includes both on/off-line activation. Gain alignment on National vision, strategy and tactical plan and associated budgets with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing Managers. Identify opportunities to drive scale and efficiencies with agency/vendor partners on shopper marketing programs. Lead National sampling plan for innovation.
At leat five years of experience in shopper marketing
Advocate and implement activities that are consumer/shopper driven and customer focused
