If you have a passion for healthcare reimbursement, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate Director Field Reimbursement Oncology at Bayer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Field Reimbursement team and developing strategies to ensure optimal reimbursement for Bayer products and services. You will also manage field reimbursement operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of reimbursement experience in the oncology/hematology space. Additionally, you must have experience working with health plans, knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding and payment policies, and a strong background in relationship management.
