Develop and implement analytical methods to support drug discovery and development.
Lead a team of analytical scientists and provide guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of analytical data.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet established timelines and goals.
Conduct method validation and transfer activities to support drug development programs.
Oversee the design and execution of analytical experiments and studies.
Participate in regulatory submissions and support inspections for analytical activities.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytical technologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and quality standards.
Play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation in analytical development processes.
Act as a liaison with external partners, vendors, and contract research organizations.
Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communicate analytical data and results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor and train junior staff on best practices and new techniques in analytical development.
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and goals.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Analytical Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Guidelines.
Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Skills.
Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Transfer For Various Analytical Techniques, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectrophotometry.
