Supervisor - Food and Nutrition

In addition, they must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the food and nutrition department.
2. Ensure that all food and nutrition services are provided in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
3. Ensure staff are in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
6. Identify and address any potential issues or concerns within the department.
7. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
8. Provide leadership to department staff and ensure they are motivated and productive.
9. Ensure that all necessary records and documentation are kept up to date.
10. Ensure the department is well-stocked with supplies and resources needed to fulfill its responsibilities.
