- Respond to inquiries and requests from patients, visitors, and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate patient transportation and escort services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Guest Services Specialist At Baycare Health System Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field Is Necessary For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
