- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' and visitors' needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing assistance to those in need.
- Ensure that all visitors and guests adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Services Specialist At Baycare Health System Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Guests And Team Members, Both Verbally And In Writing.
Strong Customer Service Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service In A Fast-Paced Environment. Previous Experience In A Healthcare Or Hospitality Setting Is Preferred.
Proficiency In Computer Systems: The Guest Services Specialist Will Be Responsible For Managing Guest Information And Using Various Computer Systems To Track And Update Guest Records. Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Is Required.
