Clinical Research Nurse - Neurology

- Conduct clinical research studies in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials, ensuring eligibility and informed consent.
- Coordinate and maintain study timelines and budgets, including managing study supplies and equipment.
- Collect, record, and analyze data from study participants, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate with physicians, researchers, and study sponsors to provide updates and progress reports.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies for patient recruitment and retention.
- Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices for clinical research.
- Educate and train staff on study protocols, procedures, and data collection methods.
- Participate in the development and review of study protocols and other research-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and institutional guidelines and standards.
- Serve as a liaison between study participants, physicians, and research teams, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation and records.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field - A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Patient Care Is Essential For A Clinical Research Nurse In Neurology. A Bachelor's Degree Demonstrates A Commitment To The Field And Provides A Solid Understanding Of Research Methods And Data Analysis.
Active Rn License In The State Of Florida - A Current And Valid Rn License Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Clinical Research Nurse Is Qualified To Provide Direct Patient Care And Adherence To The Standards Of Nursing Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Neurology Nursing - Prior Experience In Neurology Nursing Is Crucial For A Clinical Research Nurse In This Field. This Experience Provides A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Patients With Neurological Conditions And Prepares The Nurse To Effectively Manage Research Protocols.
