  1. Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff in the field of Oncology.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements, best practices, and evidence-based treatments in Oncology and disseminate this knowledge to nursing staff.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify educational needs and develop targeted training programs.
  4. Conduct regular trainings, workshops, and presentations for nursing staff on various topics related to Oncology.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Monitor and assess nursing staff competency and provide additional training and support as needed.
  7. Serve as a resource for nursing staff in addressing patient care issues and challenges in Oncology.
  8. Develop and maintain educational materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
  9. Collaborate with other educators and healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary education programs.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to Oncology care and share best practices with nursing staff.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of education programs and participant attendance.
  12. Stay informed on regulatory requirements and ensure that nursing staff are trained and compliant.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field, With A Specialization In Oncology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Oncology Nursing.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Florida.

  • Certification As A Clinical Nurse Educator (Cne) Or Willingness To Obtain Within 1 Year Of Hire.

  • Strong Communication And Teaching Skills, With Experience Developing And Delivering Educational Programs For Healthcare Professionals.
