1. Lead a team of behavioral health therapists and provide clinical oversight.

4. Maintain licensure in the state of Florida as a Behavioral Health Therapist.
5. Develop and implement effective strategies for providing behavioral health services.
6. Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
7. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
8. Maintain detailed patient records and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Attend regular staff meetings and trainings.
