- Provide expert care for patients with hearing and balance disorders.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose hearing and balance issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform hearing tests and recommend appropriate hearing aids or other assistive devices.
- Educate patients on proper use and care of hearing aids and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism towards patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed on departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Audiology From An Accredited University.
Current And Valid Licensure As An Audiologist In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience Working As An Audiologist.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Audiology Practices, Procedures, And Equipment.
