- Provide advanced and comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the critical care units.
- Collaborate and work closely with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Utilize advanced critical care skills and knowledge to provide high-quality and evidence-based care to patients.
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all hospital and department policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

- Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members and students.

Advanced Degree And Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, As Well As Certification As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In Critical Care.
Extensive Critical Care Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Critical Care Setting, Preferably In An Advanced Practice Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Complex Patient Cases, Performing Invasive Procedures, And Collaborating With Multidisciplinary Teams.
Strong Clinical Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Critical Care Principles, Including Advanced Assessment Skills, Diagnostic Reasoning, And Treatment Planning, Is Essential For This Role.
