Registered Nurse (RN) - School Nurse

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality care to pediatric clients in the home or school setting.
2. Collaborate with families, health care professionals, local school districts, and other community organizations.
3. Maintain valid RN license.
4. Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
5. Monitor clients’ health progress and provide timely follow-up care.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
8. Educate clients and family members on care plans, treatments, and medications.
9. Advocate for patient rights and autonomy.
10. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
