Registered Nurse Manager

1. Manage and supervise staff and provide guidance, oversight, and support to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
2. Develop and implement care plans for clients and monitor client progress.
3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
4. Maintain accurate medical records and document all care activities.
5. Communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Provide emotional and psychological support to clients and families.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
8. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
9. Monitor client care and identify areas for improvement.
10. Participate in continuing education and training activities to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
