Case Manager

The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating services, managing patient care, and providing guidance to families and caregivers.The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a valid professional license, a minimum of two years of experience as a case manager in a healthcare environment, and a strong understanding of the healthcare system.
